We Have A Dream.....

A dream so bright, so intense, so powerful, it makes our bodies shiver when we remind ourselves of the hope for the joy someday to be real.
The day when we get to be a part of the decisions to do right what today is done wrong.
We find asking ourselves why a powerful body as Labor and Trade Union in America does not do what they know has to be done to stop misuse? Rise its voice loud to tell US Militia they need a Union Assessor to show them how a boycott against the aggressive gives victory without the blood.

I know why!...

Because L&T Union leadership is comfortable without rising its voice to tell everyone we need a law for all of us to be represented in a L&T Union organization?
May our superior representation and union be militia and in turn the intelligence of Union organization nothing but such force?
If truth, someday L&T Union would be no more!

Nothing is farther from truth than that!

I believe one day L&T Union Officials WILL SUPERVISE GOVERNMENT AND GOVERNMENT WILL SUPERVISE US ALL.

I cannot ask L&T Union to stop the war anywhere in the world, but I can tell them is time for all of us to move forward for A USA LAW REQUIRING USA COMPANIES TO SUBSCRIBE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO UNION REPRESENTATION.

Union is still for the time one day to be real!

WAL-MART 100+

Fifteen years ago, while employed at a company named Quadion Inc. we had the regular election to choose Union representation over Company promise to do better without it.

Lots of meetings and talks between company executives and employees, I clearly remember company CEO telling us the importance of Quadion Inc. staying Union-free.
I couldn't help it, I had to ask "What problem the Company has with us accepting Union representation in the first place?"
His answer was quite clear "I don't have any problem with Union representation, my problems come from other Companies"
Yes! other companies opposing Unions.

First implication of the previous is basically this: COMPANIES GOT TO BE TOGETHER!
Companies united to be Union-free is a fact. Even unionized companies are into fighting for 'non-union'.

Labor and Trade Unions unionizing these companies 'one at a time' was great... still is!... Wal-Mart case is a good example of Union action in America today.

Wal-Mart will oppose Unions for it will be easier for Wal-Mart to fight the Union rather than fighting its own one hundred plus serious partners.

Works for organizing Wal-Mart are good!... Where are the great works of the L&T Union?

THE SEARCHING FOR A US LAW REQUIRING WAL-MART 200+ COMPANIES & ASSOCIATES TO SUBSCRIBE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO UNION REPRESENTATION?

We truly need L&T Unions sprouting towards the next level of union representation in America.

SOCIAL SECURITY SQUARED?

Social Security in crisis?
Social Security really needs to be privatized?
Do they really mean music can be made of only two tones?
Good-bad, big-small, beautiful-ugly, superior-inferior?
How about: Public-prived?
Yes, you can make music out of only two tones, that is called PRIMITIVE MUSIC!
This is 21st Century, this is the day we all waited to be free from the misery of fanatic and absurd of extremes. Yes! Another word for "PRIMITIVE MUSIC" is "EXTREME INSENSITIVE"
We are supposed to always have a third, and so forth a broad choice of action.

Without the pretension to be working for what could be seen as an old or new socialism, instead, dare to recommend Labor and Trade Union organizations as an optional to the administration of Social Security monies.

We have to ask Labor and Trade Unions: What do they want to do in the national level?
Is evident Labor and Trade Unions in America are truly qualified to administer Social Security.

AFL-CIO & IBT Separated?
International Brotherhood of Teamsters separated from American Federation of Labor and congress of Industrial Organizations?
What can be a cause for this organization splitting?

Seems like they do not agree on issues of UNION growth.

AFL-CIO will be supporting UNION political projection. In the other hand, TEAMSTERS don't want to spend their monies in Political Action Committees (PAC's), instead, they fully support organizing new UNIONS the traditional way.

Nobody believes TEAMSTERS is going to be separated from AFL-CIO because of that. Everybody understands TEAMSTERS will be supporting political action where it is well arranged for TEAMSTERS.
Nothing wrong with it. Even if a new federation led by Teamsters is founded, nobody believes IBT is separated from a AFL-CIO, and as long as they both represent employees their decisions will be for the wellness of their membership.
We must clearly understand that 'altogether' unionized employees are still a minority of America's work force.

When are we going to see a Union, or Federation searching for a "US LAW" GRANTING UNION REPRESENTATION FOR ALL OF US IN AMERICA?

I believe they are already there and 'the splitting' is only the exterior sign of the opposition that comes with it.

LIGHTS And SHADOWS
When light shines, shadows dance around pretending they master light itself.

Is Light going to stop its bright to prove itself real?

Are The Shadows going to stop their own dance to show themselves the masters?

Who wins in a quarrel of witless when destiny is brotherhood?

Light is real and shadows are masters when their rhythm is not a coup, instead, is harmony.

How long do we have to wait for L&T Union and Government to start dancing the rhythm of harmony in America?

Too simple?
Yes!
Simple redeems complicated.

PROPOSITION 75?...... GREAT!!!!!!
Labor and Trade Unions asking for permission to spend money in politics?......
Labor and Trade Unions don't have anything to worry about. Usually people don't know UNIONS need to be into politics to fulfill a Union's old goal: Represent every empoyee in America. Yes, a US LAW REQUIRING EVERY US COMPANY TO SUBSCRIBE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO UNION REPRESENTATION.
Unions can expect FULL support from their lines and further.

Proposition 75 pushes Unions to educate people in this regard, yes, POLITICS TO UNIONIZE!
